This document, our rules, policies, and the other documents referenced make up our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). The Terms are a legally binding contract between you and RN Staffing USA. Please read them carefully.


RN Staffing USA may amend the Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it.


You are granted a non-exclusive, limited, and revocable license to access the website and use its functionality on the condition that:
(a) You are over the age of 18.
(b) You only use the website for lawful purposes.
(c) You do not engage in any improper, indecent, or offensive behavior while using the website; and
(d) You are not breaking any law in your relevant jurisdiction by accessing this website.


The information or personal details that you provide RN Staffing USA shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. When you use this website, you agree to the processing of the information and details, and you also agree that all information and details provided are true and correspond to reality.


You may not use, or encourage, promote, facilitate, instruct, or induce others to use, the website or website services for any activities that violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation; for any other illegal or fraudulent purpose or any purpose that is harmful to others; or to transmit, store, display, distribute or otherwise make available content that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others.


RN Staffing USA ensures the protection and honesty of the data it gathers by utilizing fitting authoritative conventions, specialized shields, and actual security controls intended to restrict access, identify, and forestall the unapproved access, inappropriate divulgence, adjustment, or obliteration of the data under its influence.


7.1 RN Staffing USA reserves the right to change, suspend, limit or discontinue any of its products, in whole or in part at any time for any reason, without notice (unless required by law).

7.2 RN Staffing USA may refuse service to anyone and may terminate or suspend your services and your access to the website in whole or in part at any time, for any reason, without notice (unless required by law).


RN Staffing USA does NOT offer you a nursing job and/or employment in the United States and/or offer you a certain wage or salary, neither does it offer you a guarantee that you will automatically qualify to travel to work as a nurse in the USA even after you pass NCLEX. However, passing the actual NCLEX exam does increase your chances and especially at this point in time when there is a shortage of nurses in USA. RN Staffing USA cannot and does not predict and/or promise how long the shortage will last. RN Staffing USA also does not and will not meet and/or pay for any of your costs associated with moving to live and work as a nurse in USA.


You acknowledge that after passing the NCLEX exam, you shall be required to follow the laws, schedule, guidelines and stipulations of United States immigration system and along with the American Embassy in your country of residence. All checks and balances will be adhered to. Qualifying to move to live and work in the USA may involve and/or will be dependent upon you going through medical tests, criminal background investigation, consular interview, ability to travel and any other requirements or mandatory procedures.


10.1 RN Staffing USA does NOT guarantee that you will pass your NCLEX exam, and all that RN Staffing USA does is to provide you with the tools to help you study and prepare for the actual NCLEX exam. These tools include, but are not limited to practice questions with explained answers, mock/simulated exam sessions that are designed written to mimic the actual NCLEX exam, study materials, lectures, diagrams, video tutorials, audio content, eBooks, etc. It all depends on YOU and your efforts, commitment and strengths or lack thereof.

10.2 Upon passing NCLEX, RN Staffing LLC does not guarantee you that you will qualify to move to live and work in USA as a nurse within a certain guaranteed time or time frame. There could be several factors that affect the process for example pandemic, wars/conflict, recession, etc.


The webinar presenter and other persons that you may see on our company videos, advertisements, social media videos, etc. are not real doctors or nurses or medical personnel, they are paid actors.

All references to such names or trademarks not owned by RN Staffing USA, LLC are solely for identification purposes and not an indication of affiliation.


In no event will RN Staffing USA be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or any other intangible loss) arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the website or any materials or content available through the website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of damage.


You agree that you will be responsible for your use of the website, and you agree to defend and indemnify RN Staffing USA from and against every claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with: (i) your access to, use of, or alleged use of, the website; (ii) your violation of any portion of these Terms, any representation, warranty, or agreement referenced in these Terms, or any applicable law or regulation; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including any intellectual property right or publicity, confidentiality, other property, or privacy right; or (iv) any dispute or issue between you and any third party.


This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements, and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof.
