Dr. Darline B Riggs H.C. MSN Ed BSN RN Nurse Educator
Dr. Darline B Riggs, popularly known as Professor Riggs, has a combination of backgrounds that contributes to her expertise as a Nurse Educator. She received her Associate of Nursing Degree at Broward College, Bachelor of Nursing, Master of Nursing Degree specializing in Nursing Education from Florida Atlantic University, and an Honorary Doctorate in Christian Ministry from Trinity Theological Seminary of South Florida. After becoming a nurse and spending many years at the bedside, Professor Riggs went into Community Nursing and taught nursing students in the classroom. Having taught numerous nursing courses in the classroom and gaining expert knowledge concerning the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX), Professor Riggs developed a passion for assisting nursing students in passing the NCLEX Examination.
In addition to her academic background, Dr. Riggs also has tremendous experience directing nursing programs, raising program passing rates, and getting nursing programs off probation. According to Dr. Riggs, “The gift of service is one of the greatest gifts”.
Dr. Riggs has also served her community from the governing aspect as Commissioner of the Beautiful City of Miramar. Utilizing her gifts and talents, she has provided the Nursing Community with FREE NCLEX Reviews for many years. She is committed to serving her community and utilizing her talents for the betterment of all whom she encounters.
Dr. Mireille Merisier DNP ARNP FNP-BC BS
Dr. Mireille Merisier has a culmination of experiences that have led her to become an expert nurse educator and family clinical practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida, Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Miami, Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Florida. After becoming a nurse and working in units from telemetry to mental health, she has continued to serve the community by working as a family nurse practitioner and served a part of the Florida Action Committee. She is also a certified instructor for the American Heart Association and Red Cross. Dr. Merisier is also a champion for autism awareness and advocate for people with disabilities.
In addition to teaching a plethora of nursing courses for ASN and BSN programs, Dr. Merisier has served as clinical instructor, director of nursing, and has mentored hundreds of students. This led her to ultimately being the driving force in founding her own nursing schools. Dr. Merisier has developed curriculums to ensure students success with a focus on the NCSBN test plan and passing rates. Countless years of experience in the classroom, clinical settings, administration, and the community has allowed her to be gain the necessary knowledge to aid students from prelicensure to passing the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).
Dr. Merisier is dedicated to improving the lives of others and believes “Knowledge is power and the key to transform lives”. By giving others the tools to succeed, she believes empowering nurses worldwide will leave a global impact and blaze a trail to light the world with love.
